EU Projects co-financing

As part of one-off grants to development initiatives on the international level, the National Foundation has set up:

• Programme of co-financing projects approved within the “Cooperation in the Euro-Mediterranean” programme,
• “Europa Plus” pre-financing and interim financing programme,

with the possibility of opening other similar programmes supporting and fostering CSO activities on the international level, and more efficient utilisation of international funds, especially EU funds intended for CSOs, in line with the annual operational plans of the National Foundation.

With development cooperation through the Europa Plus Programme, the National Foundation creates conditions for the pre-financing and interim financing of approved CSO projects from EU funds, thereby providing for liquidity of organisations and their continued capacity to use EU funds.
