Centres of Knowledge

In the development cooperation in the area of centres of knowledge for social development, the National Foundation includes civil society organisations with which it has cooperated and/or provided financial support to through previous one or two four-year periods of the National Foundation's activities, and which through different forms of evaluation have proven their quality and profiled their activities through institutional, organisational and programme development, high level of networking in their area of activity, and/or involvement of volunteers and citizens in their activities, expertise through conducted research and quality models of knowledge transfer in the Republic of Croatia, and through international development aid. The National Foundation may also implement this type of support in the first period through pilot-programmes with a smaller number of involved organisations, in order to prepare further implementation of development cooperation in this area.
