Standing Together in the Spirit of European solidarity

On 25 March 2020, the European Foundation Centre (EFC) and the Donors and Foundations Networks in Europe (DAFNE) issued a statement containing principles for donor action during the COVID-19 pandemic, which has so far been signed by 147 foundations and other organizations.
The signatories recognize that the pandemic will have an unprecedented impact on civil society organizations and NCOs across Europe and throughout the world. With this in mind, they undertake to be committed to adapting activities, discussing dates, financial flexibility and openness for communication about the pandemic.
